We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Return Policy
For products to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:
Products were purchased within the last 14 days.
Products are in their original packaging.
The following products cannot be returned:
Products manufactured to your specifications or specifically customized for you.
Products that are inherently non-returnable, perishable, or expired.
Products that are non-returnable for health or hygiene reasons, and whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
Products that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery, by their nature.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return policy, at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale are non-refundable. This exception may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We will send someone to collect the product or notify you by email of the drop-off location.
We are not responsible for damage to or loss of goods during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend a secure and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without physical receipt of the goods or proof of receipt.
Gifts
If the items were marked as gifts at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the products were not marked as gifts at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to them for later delivery to you, we will issue a refund to them.
